Own the lending platform’s product funnel end-to-end, setting technical OKRs/KPIs and aligning executives, engineering, underwriting, FinOps, and legal. Architected a multi-agent AI pipeline that turns raw requirements into fact-checked PRDs and engineering-ready tickets, cutting sign-off from 4 weeks to 2 hours. Rolled out a new KYC integration for a self-service contract-to-funding flow, identified a ~$300K/yr (15%) data vendor cost reduction, and am leading integration of third-party AI agents to automate review of 300+ applications per day.
